Please read our booking policy before booking with us. Thank you!

If you have any specific request such as your favorite technician or seating arrangement, please put that in the Add Your Message section when booking your appointment

BOOKING POLICIES: We request a deposit when you make an appointment. The deposit may be an entire amount of the session for some of the services. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are late to your appointment, it will be canceled. If you need to re-schedule your appointment, call or email us AT LEAST 12 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be applied to the next appointment. If you need to re-schedule your appointment less than 12 hours before the appointment due to an emergency, you must provide proof of that. If you want to book multiple sessions/have any questions please email or give us a call. There are no discounts if you bring your own nail polish or don't apply nail polish.

Please come 10-15 mins early to your appointment to choose your colors! If you are late that means we will be late for our next customer. If your appointment is at 10am you can come in a bit early as well. 


Our message box doesn't work. Please email us instead if you need to reschedule your appointment. 

If you are late to your appointment and change your service last minute you will be charge the same amount as the original service that you booked.


If you want a design or need to make any changes to your appointment please give us a call and let us know, so that we could adjust the time for you. 

If you have a gift card from us, please email or call to let us know so that we can make an appointment for you. Also, please give us the last 4 digits of the gift card number.
